Meet The Team
Having more than 25 years of experience, Özcan started his professional life as a Manager in his family business in 1995. Starting from 2001 until 2013, he assumed sales management, learning and development and business development roles in multinational companies in life-sciences. Since 2013, he has been serving as a Consultant. Prior to founding LeadXcellence, Özcan was a Senior Consultant at Odgers Berndtson.
Özcan’s search assignments include primarily C and C-1 level as well as executive roles in sales, marketing, business development, finance, human resources, supply chain and legal & compliance functions. Over the years, Özcan also has become a highly recognized expert in Talent Review & Management projects. He has successfully led many Leadership Development and Assessment Programs.

Founding Partner
Şebnem has extensive business experience in the software, publishing, television, and education sectors. She served as the Director of People and Culture at an Istanbul-based mobile gaming company and previously held the position of Publishing Director at National Geographic for many years. Şebnem also has experience in the media industry, having worked as a Program Editor at Show TV. She completed her education in History at Mimar Sinan University, Micro MBA at ITU, and Editing and Publishing at Notos Academy. Additionally, Şebnem has held senior management roles at institutions such as the Terakki Foundation and the İstek Foundation. ​

Şebnem led numerous end-to-end organizational transformation and recruitment projects, both locally and globally, demonstrating her exceptional leadership skills and strategic insights. Her ability to build high-performing teams and identify top talent through recruitment and assessment has been instrumental in achieving organizational goals.​​
